The ideal poop should look something like a Tootsie Roll. These poops are awesome!
Sometimes poop might resemble hard ice cream; there’s something to pick up, but it’s not a clean swipe. This is soft stool, not diarrhea. Keep an eye on the poops!
These poops are difficult to pick up; it’s likely you’re ripping grass up to try and clean the area. This still isn’t diarrhea, but you should make note of poops like these.
If you see poop coming out like chocolate milk, you are dealing with diarrhea. Make note and contact your veterinarian if it repeats.
